Has there been any progress, improvement? I've been suffering from this for some time now and it's affecting my mental health (I'm even going to start taking antidepressants again for depression and panic), it's exactly the same as your case in the apartment above, except that in addition to the dogs, there's an out-of-control child who often gets awake until 2am ~3am, imagine the "common sense" and "politeness" of the mother who leaves a small child bumping into things and running around the house in the middle of the night. I'm still thinking about what can best be done because all these cases are difficult to deal with, there is no right recipe.

A writer has a million ideas at least half are high concept look at your list and submit another script don't keep submitting the same material, leave it for a while and come back to it. Go to another idea and write that, Come back to your first baby leave it to grow on its own. A script is like a true friend even after you lose touch when you co come back - even if its years, it will be like time hasn't passed and it won't feel awkward at all.. Stop beating a dead horse - move on to another story. It is rare for a writer to work on ONE thing for years - work on something else and return to this and or look at the core idea take that and revamp it take inspiration from movies which have, ummm borrowed from the original craftsman - the structure and the story idea is changed but reworked f rom Western to Dark Comedy - A Google search will benefit you. If you love words keep writing have a pity party then clean up and keep going remember Hollywood Land is ultimately a business. Just stubbled onto your channel. I work as a writer, based in Europe and repped in L.A - I have to say managers & Agents are difficult. They blow hot and cold, they're super exctied and talk to you all the time or there's nothing... until you're flavour of the month again. I'm repped by top 10 Agency and I haven't signed a contract and someone who I write for (A well known director) hasn't signed a contract with them either. Just to say - I have faith in you, to keep writing and then finding the true person who can be you advocate.

Bruh, its the same in my area to with these over priced apts and the floors and walls are soo thin, we can't help but hear our neighbours. But there are some pple that are soo rude and disrespectful that even being courteous, they dnt care about anyone but themselves. My building has a high turnover rate bcus pple can't live with the disrespect that comes with living in almost any apt new or old in these over crowded cities. Im in S.FL and the attitudes of pple alone don't help trying to live peacefully in a nice quiet apt.

It's across the country like professional nuisance people. Never buy a coop, and don't buy condo with anyone above/below. Even small lot, single family homes weird stuff is going on. I lived under a white family with two kids that ran, then an Indian family/doctor mother, with two kids, one ran and a dog, with converted three bedroom, over my studio. I gave up, Idk who they work for or belong to, but it's professionally obnoxious people.

I upload to the black list every now and again. Three weeks ago I got an 8/10 and they tweeted my script and got 6 industry downloads so far and two free evaluations. The second came back a 6/10 making my overall a 7/10 getting me on the "top list" section. I'm waiting on my third evaluation a bit broken hearted. You are totally in the hands of subjective readers and that is a dangerous business for the faint of heart.... like me. Nice video it's good to see the community struggle together in this very subjective medium.

They probably shouldda 86'd idea of a "polish" writer...and called me in to help with "casting". That said...thanks for the info. I am now a subscriber. Got an idea...take that money?
